Heavy & Bulk Orders

Factory-direct sourcing for big purchases. Prefab and container homes, machinery and equipment, and bulk quantities of everyday products, sourced from verified factories in China and shipped to the USA.

These items are not sold through the normal cart. Every order is quoted individually, because price, freight and duties depend on the exact model, quantity and your delivery location.

What we source

  • Prefab, modular and container homes, cabins and site offices
  • Machinery and equipment: mini excavators, generators, workshop and farm machines
  • Bulk and wholesale orders of household, gift and retail products

How it works

  1. Request a quote using the form below.
  2. We source and verify suitable factories and send you a written quote with specifications, photos, production time and shipping options.
  3. You confirm and pay a 50% deposit. Production starts.
  4. Pre-shipment inspection by an independent inspector in China, with a photo report sent to you.
  5. You pay the 50% balance, and we ship by sea freight to your nearest US port (door delivery available on request).

Payment

  • Businesses: US bank transfer (ACH or domestic wire).
  • Individuals: secure online payment link (US bank debit or card).
  • Every order comes with a formal Azan Mart quote and invoice.

Before you order

  • You are the importer. US import duties, taxes and customs fees are paid by the buyer. We include an estimate in your quote.
  • Homes and buildings must meet your local building codes and permits. Please check with your local building department before ordering.
  • Machinery with engines must meet US EPA emissions rules. We only quote models the factory confirms as US-compliant.
  • Typical timeline: 8 to 20 weeks from deposit to delivery, depending on production and shipping.
