Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to all seven Emirates: Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time
- Dubai, Sharjah & Abu Dhabi: 1 to 3 business days.
- Other Emirates: 2 to 5 business days.

Express Delivery
Need it fast? Our Express Delivery option delivers your order within 4 to 6 hours across the UAE, depending on your location, for a flat fee of AED 50. Select Express Delivery at checkout where available.
Shipping Charges
- Free delivery on all orders over AED 200.
- A flat AED 25 standard delivery fee applies to orders below AED 200, shown at checkout before payment.
- Express Delivery: flat AED 50 for delivery within 4 to 6 hours across the UAE.

Once your order is dispatched, we will share tracking details by email or phone so you can follow your delivery.
Cash on Delivery
We offer Cash on Delivery across the UAE. Please keep the exact amount ready for our delivery partner.
