At Azan Mart, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, this Refund and Returns Policy explains how we can help.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with any tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personal care and hygiene products once opened.
  • Perishable goods and food items.
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance.
  • Gift cards.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, contact us at amani.online.biz@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the next steps and provide the return address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 to 14 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange eligible items for a different size, colour, or product, subject to availability. Contact our support team to arrange an exchange.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.
