How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collections, add the items you want to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the on-screen steps to confirm your delivery details and payment method.
Do I need an account to shop?
No. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account, however, makes it easier to track orders and check out faster next time.
Delivery
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to all seven Emirates of the UAE: Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah.
How much does delivery cost?
Standard delivery is a flat AED 25, and delivery is free on all orders over AED 200. We also offer Express Delivery for AED 50, which arrives within 4 to 6 hours depending on your location.
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Standard delivery takes 1 to 3 business days for Dubai, Sharjah, and Abu Dhabi, and 2 to 5 business days for other Emirates. Express Delivery arrives within 4 to 6 hours.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, we will share tracking details by email or phone so you can follow your delivery.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery across the UAE, as well as the online payment options shown at checkout. For Cash on Delivery, please keep the exact amount ready for our delivery partner.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
When your order arrives, please check your items right away. If you notice any issue, defect, or complaint, simply contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product and our team will make it right. Items should be unused and in their original packaging. Some items, such as opened personal-care products and perishable goods, are non-returnable. See our Refund Policy for full details.
How long do refunds take?
Once your return is approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 to 14 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
